Start the conversation

Tell me where navigation has become hard to read.

Whether you are leading an organization where one decision keeps splitting into five competing priorities, or navigating a demanding personal season, every engagement starts the same way: reading reality before prescribing a fix.

Who are we navigating for?

Why we don't list fixed prices

A 20-person company, a 500-person engineering org, and an independent leader don't need the same intervention. Tell me about the challenge you're facing—we will have an honest 25-minute conversation, map the gap, and tailor the scope and pricing together.

Limited monthly capacity

All diagnostics, sprints, and circles are led personally by Teofil Lucaci. We take on at most 2 new organizational engagements per month.

What happens after you write
  1. You describe the situation, friction, or decision you're facing in the form.
  2. Teofil reviews your context personally and replies within 24 hours with a calendar link.
  3. We meet for 25 minutes to diagnose the pattern and discuss tailored options and pricing—zero generic sales pitch.
Questions

The useful questions arrive before the call.

What is Compass, exactly?+

Compass is a facilitated navigation system for leaders. Through a diagnostic, shared language, decision practices and review rhythms, it helps teams read their context and act from the same understanding. It is a service, not software you need to install.

Do we need to stop using Scrum?+

No. Keep Scrum where it helps. Compass looks at the work, constraints and decisions behind your process, then helps you decide where that process fits and where it creates friction. It does not require a framework change.

Is Compass a course?+

No. We work with your real decisions and teams. The Diagnostic produces a readout of where interpretations diverge; a Sprint or implementation turns that insight into operating choices. Learning happens in the work, not through a curriculum.

What is Navigation Debt?+

Navigation Debt is Compass's name for the accumulated cost of decisions made without a shared reading of reality. It shows up as reopened decisions, duplicated work, handoff delays and metrics that pull teams in different directions.

How do we know whether alignment is the problem?+

Look for leaders leaving the same meeting with different next steps, priorities changing between functions, or work repeatedly being reopened. The Diagnostic tests these signals against how work actually moves; it does not assume every problem is an alignment problem.

What happens in the Compass Diagnostic?+

Over two weeks, we speak with the sponsor and selected leaders, map the types of work and decision tensions, then share a prioritized readout. You leave with a clearer view of what needs attention before choosing a larger engagement.

Can we start with one team?+

Yes. A Navigation Sprint can focus on one team, leadership group or cross-functional area. It is often the clearest way to resolve one important problem before expanding the practice.

How is the cost of delay calculated?+

The homepage estimate multiplies people affected, hours lost per person each week and your loaded hourly cost. It is an illustrative capacity cost, not an audit, a revenue-loss claim or a promise of savings.
